The Bulletproof Diet: What It Is, Why It Works and Why You Should Care

By now, most people are familiar with the Bulletproof diet.

If you haven’t already, you need to make the move because it promises to reduce your risk of dying from any number of illnesses, from heart disease to cancer to strokes.

In the U.S., it’s the diet that has been most popular in the last year, and it’s been a popular trend for several years now.

But the new diet isn’t all that new.

It’s been around since the early 1900s, when an Australian naturopath named Thomas Pepper introduced it to the public.

Pepper’s diet was based on the idea that the body’s natural defenses—immune function, muscle strength, and metabolism—were weakened by over-exercising.

If people followed the diet, they would improve their health and have less of a need for drugs.

It was a bold statement that, after years of research, led to the creation of the first-ever diet, which has since been adopted by more than 20 countries.

But, as it turns out, the Bulletpratt Diet is a myth.

As the New York Times explains, the Diet was not originally designed to address a real health problem.

Pepper himself, in a 1901 book called The Physiological Basis of the Diet, claimed that “the greatest health improvement we can expect from this diet is to improve the ability of our bodies to resist the harmful effects of toxins and to adapt to the diet.”

The Diet didn’t come about by accident.

In fact, it was a product of a study that Pepper did, in which he administered a diet consisting of two very different, and yet related, diets.

He gave people two diets and they watched each other’s health, and then they did a similar experiment.

He found that, while both diets improved their health, they didn’t exactly lead to the same outcomes.

“What they saw was a difference in their health between one diet and another,” Dr. Peter Hoefl, one of Pepper’s co-authors, told The Next Health in a phone interview.

“And that difference was the amount of sugar they ingested.”

Hoefle, a professor of medicine at New York University and an expert on the history of medicine, nutrition and exercise, told us that he’s skeptical that the Diet could have any real effect on people.

He points to studies that have shown that people can recover from exercise better if they’re given the right diet, but that it’s impossible to show that the diet would prevent or even slow a heart attack.

And the fact that Pepper’s experiment focused on a single, specific diet and was conducted at the beginning of the 1900s only further complicated the equation.

Pepper wasn’t the first to come up with a diet based on a diet, nor is it the first one to suggest that eating less of one type of food might lead to better health.

The Paleo diet, developed by paleo diet pioneer Dave Robb, has long been popular in many parts of the U, including parts of Canada and the U: Paleo, or Paleolithic, means “people who eat mainly plants.”

It’s a dietary movement that has seen a lot of success, including with celebrities like Tom Brady, who is now a member of the Paleo diet.

The diet has been popular for decades, even if it’s not widely known.

It started as a popular exercise program for athletes, and eventually morphed into a popular diet for everyone.

It has a long history of success for both health and fitness.
